Life presented me with a few surprising challenges that I gladly accepted and enriched my path.
The first major one was a restaurant that I took over right after passing my hospitality college exames. Managing a restaurant at such a young age taught me a lot about independence and autonomy, professional experience and the hospitality industry.
Success was also a part of the challenge: thanks to it, I was able to travel the world and understand more about life and its diversity.
Once back to Zurich from my world travels, a friend brought me to the UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch, where I worked as an alpine farmer. From then on, two wonderful children enriched my life.
Despite all life’s challenges, I found the energy to complete a tertiary degree in social work, a type of activity I have been practicing until recently.
After such a colorful and fulfilling career and lifestyle I now take joy and relaxation in my property in Mallorca, a finca and its surroundings which I hope will remain a natural and wild sanctuary for many years to come.
Professional background
Overall, when I look back, I gathered many years of management experience, as well as consulting, coaching and project management across a range of industries and organisations. I incorporate my expertise and experience into coaching, organisation development processes and trainings and have continuously added to my skill set through further education.
All this has brought me together with interesting and highly skilled people with backgrounds in commerce, social sciences and art. When requested or beneficial, I approach this rich network for project collaborations.
Apart from the activities I organize at the finca in northeastern Mallorca, I also offer my services in organization development, supervision, coaching, conflict management, and training. The themes cover fields such as life design, professional development and ambition, hospitality, emigration, communication, family, sexuality, puberty or anxiety.
We can work together at my practice in central Zurich or in and around the city, amid a wild garden in Mallorca, at your location or through mobile coaching, depending on your needs and disponibility.

Consultation
I advise organisations, individuals, groups and teams. Among other methods I apply interval coaching and mobile coaching which provide continuity and enable progress through flexible timing and remote coaching.
Education
Trainings are generally held on site at organisation’s offices or schools. Trust builds on a shared understanding that is developed together, forming the pillars on which an organisation stands and the basis for growth.
Arta Natural
Enthusiasts for simplicity, calm, the original, nature, wild gardens, birds and trees are very welcome at my eco-friendly finca in Mallorca, where I organize workshops and nature activities and offer massage sessions.
